PLANNED FOR 2027

One published link. A destination you can change.

Klic is being designed to separate the short URL you share from the destination a visitor opens.

01 / CREATE

Choose a destination

The planned workflow starts with a destination URL and a short Klic link to share with your audience.

02 / SHARE

Publish your short link

Use the short address in your content or approved campaign placements.

03 / ADAPT

Update or add rules

Change the destination later, or use contextual rules to decide which page a visitor should reach.

Time of day

Planned time rules would let you route clicks to different pages at different times, for example a daytime offer and an evening promotion. Supported schedules and timezone settings will be defined before launch.

User agent

User agent information can indicate a browser, operating system or device category. Klic’s planned rules would use those signals to select a suitable destination. They are not a perfect or guaranteed identification of a visitor’s device.

Location

Planned location rules would help route visitors to relevant regional destinations. Location signals can be approximate or obscured by a VPN. Supported geographic detail and handling of uncertain locations will be confirmed before release.

A clear destination when no rule fits

The service is being designed around a default destination, so your link has an intended route when contextual rules do not apply. Rule precedence and configuration details are still being developed.
